Below is important information regarding your attendance. Note that this event is co-located with the TDWI Transform conference, so you will see co-branded sinage throughout the event. Questions? Need help? Ask for help at the registration desk for immediate assistance.

REGISTRATION

Registration is co-located with TDWI Transform and is on the front desk level of the hotel (shown above), near the escalators in the conference area. Registration hours are:

  • Monday: 8-5:30
  • Tuesday: 7-5:30
  • Wednesday: 7:15-6
  • Thursday: 8:15-5:30

LOCATIONS

  • All AI Accelerate 2025 training will take place in 204B
  • Breakfast on Wednesday (7:15 a.m.) will take place in Indigo Ballroom B Foyer. Breakfast on Thursday will take place at
  • The Wednesday morning keynote (8 a.m.) will take place in Indigo Ballroom B. Our keynoter, Terry Jones, will make himself available for introductions and questions immediately after the keynote in the lobby outside the ballroom.
  • Breaks both days will take place upstairs (follow the sinage; all meals and breaks shared with the colocated TDWI Transform conference on Wed. and Thurs.).
  • Lunch Wednesday (12:15-2:15) will take place in the TDWI Transform Exhbit Hall in Indigo Ballroom C. Lunch Thursday (12:15-1:45) is on own; there are multiple places to eat throughout the hotel

  • 8:00 a.m.: Keynote (Indigo Ballroom B)
  • 9 a.m.: Day 1 Content Begins (204B)
  • 10:30 a.m.: Break (1 Floor Up)
  • 11 a.m.: Classes Resume
  • 12:15 p.m.: Lunch (Indigo Ballroom C)
  • 2:15 p.m.: Classes Continue
  • 3:45 p.m.: Afternoon Break (Upstairs)
  • 4:15 p.m.: Classes Resume
  • 5:15 p.m.: Day 1 ends

Thursday, August 21

WEATHER & ATTIRE

The weather is typically in the mid-70s this time of year, with nights potentially dropping into the 60s. Attire for this event is business casual.

Please note: you may want to bring a jacket or sweater as all meeting rooms are thoroughly air-conditioned and temperatures inside can vary greatly.
